Dr Richardson was honored to grace the stage at the first We Day Illinois conference held at the Allstate Arena in 2015. He spoke to over 15,000 youth concerning the realization of their dreams despite obstacles placed in front of them. Dr. Richardson was humbled to grace the same stage with Oscar Award winners Jennifer Hudson, Common and Martin Sheen as well as Hall of Famer Earvin Magic Johnson for this notable effort to positively impact our youth.
